Sales Associate Receives Professional Designation

Kara Crooks, a Lois Schneider Realtor Sales Associate, recently received her CRS designation. As a CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) member, Ms. Crooks joins the 39,000 active designees who have been recognized for their professional experience and education in the residential sales field. In additional to completing her CRS, Ms. Crooks also completed the Residential Construction Certified certificate. This elective focuses on the construction, site selection, scheduling, budgeting, and materials for new home construction.
